Ive never had a bad experience at christie and ive been to a handful of doctors, evn the staff is great!
This place is a joke and patient liaison does nothing to help the patient. To tell me that my surgery is canceled 4 hours after I have been there and already have an iv in place is ridiculous. Then to tell me I have answers on Friday with no answers, and then told on Monday i will know and now to be told i won't have any answers until Wednesday is a joke. I have put my job, school, and family on hold for this surgery only to be told they don't know when I will have it. Nobody cares about the patient, all they care about is t... read more
Staff was great, helpful and knowledgeable. However, I found a lack of a coffee kiosk odd.
Broke my foot on a Saturday night, went to convenient care on Sunday, all staff was very helpful and caring! Thank you to the staff on Windsor Road!
Very friendly staff, all the way from security up to the doctor who saw me. Very minimal waiting at all.
Dr.Zabaneh is the best! Thank you for calling me this morning to follow up on my overnight visit to Presence. I promise to take as much care of me as you do, in 2017! Walking 30 mins a day, drinking more water and less caffeine, choosing the broccoli instead of the fries! Thank You!!
