Doctors belittle children! This is a place that I will never go to again. It will be shut down soon im assuming.
Christie clinic has the most amazing Doctors and nurses. They genuinely care about their patients. Where most other clinics/doctor offices will have their nurses or reception call the patient, my doctor personally calls me with my results and or any concerns she may have.
Dr Antonsen is my favorite!!
I am having a difficult time understanding why Christie Clinic is banning waterbirths, under the guise of them being "experiemental" and not having proven benefits. Have there been any negative outcomes in our area in the last 10+ years? Why take away a natural, low-cost comfort measure for birthing moms in one of their most vulnerable and intense moments? Please read current research (check out Evidence-Based Birth) so you can provide *evidence-based* healthcare to the expectant moms in our area!
