I love my Doctor. He is Dr Bartlett. Plus they have lab and exray Department on sight.
Mahomet Christie Clinic Convenient Care was amazing tonight. They were quick to get us in. The Medical Assistant was nice and very patient with my 3 year old daughter that does not like going to the doctor and then the provider we saw was even more patient and gentle with my daughter. I regret that I didn't get either name. This was the most cooperative my daughter has been to get her ears and nose checked. Thankful for this visit.
Usually, I love my experiences with Christie Clinic... But right now, I'm trying to make two appointments with pediatrics. I've been on hold for 26 minutes. To make two appointments. Seriously, get some help in peds, because the children I'm trying to make the appointments for need me to not be on the phone. 27 minutes, and counting now. This is really bad, you've got to look into this. EDIT: Still holding. 38 minutes.
The Christie Clinic OB/GYN department is the absolute BEST!!! I have never had such a caring and attentive experience at any doctor's office. The nurses, reception staff, and ultrasound techs are all extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. Tamara Helfer is truly the best doctor anyone could hope to have. She truly cares for her patients, and goes out of her way to be completely giving of her own time to make sure her patients are cared for.
