Not pleased Christie! Went to convenient care in st. Jo where office hours were limited recently to Tues, Thu, fri 8-8. Arrived today around 8:30 and still no provider. want told no provider there until I paid. I left and made phone calls. No one knows what is going on. Please get better communication and coverage when promised.

Saw the pediatrician today for my 1 yr old who has 2 earaches and 102 temp. 1st time at Christie and our last. Clinic didn't call in the prescription for him and 3 hours later, he's in pain, crying and still waiting for the doctor to return my call. Unbelievable!
