We understand that sometimes your doctors run behind but just as your time is valuable so is ours. Please consider adding a policy that if the physician is running more then 45 minutes late the patient is notified at check in and given the option to reschedule. Instead of sitting in a room alone wondering what’s going on for over an hour.

RecommendedCan’t say enough great things about the pediatric department. I transferred my daughters care to the Christie Clinic pediatrics when she was around 4 months old, and saw such a difference in the care she received. Her primary physician is Dr Porter, but she has also seen Dr Gutierrez. Both doctors are amazing! They spend their time with us in the room, answer all of my questions, and thoroughly look at my daughter and her past history. I am so thankful I switched to the Christie Clinic pediatrics department.
