Mri the staff made it go smother
When it takes 2 months to get an appointment with your Doctor something’s wrong. Either the Doctor has too many patients or the hospital isn’t using their time wisely. It’s ridiculous. I really don’t want to change Doctors but this sucks. Also the policy has now changed where I have to have an exam every 6 months instead of yearly for a refill on a medication that is routine and I’ve been on for 5 plus years. If your looking for a new place to go, go somewhere else.
Humans answer the phone, check you in, take their time and listen too!! This means less waiting, less stress and staff who are allowed time to care for their patients! And we’ve never had billing issues! Best decision we made was switching from Carle to Christie!
my husband goes to Paramesh Dakchinesh , this is his second time seeing him and was a great visit. he was all about my husband even though he is 4th stage copd. dr was all about making hubby feel comfortable.
My husband Eric went in two weeks ago to see Dr. Rafael Ruggieri for a general surgery consult. Eric had a hernia that became inflamed and somewhat emergent over the course of just a few days. Dr. Ruggieri got him in right away, explained in detail what was going on and had him scheduled for surgery for the next day. Two weeks later, my husband is feeling great! Love the dr McCormick! My mom and I both see her. But her nurse (name starts with a t) I call her nurse Ratchett. She is very rude! For the past 3 years I have taken care of my mom taking her to the dr visits. Where my mom signed a form saying it's ok to talk to me, and call me on her behalf.
