Seriously told me I wasn't making payments when I missed only 1 and they sent it to collections. Maybe actually let me pay at my appointment like I try.

Months later and the new check in system is absolutely terrible. They loose all your information and you have to keep getting it put in the system. Then, you get emails from Carle about your care when your doctors are at Christie which is super confusing and makes it look like a phishing attempt. (No one warns you this is going to happen). Carle DOES NOT take my insurance so that also made me super paranoid that I am going to be footing a massive out of network bill. Nothing is explained well at all.
