Ridiculous that the phone rang and/or sat on hold today for almost 20 min at the primary number given on their website to make an appt for a mammogram to be told that I need a doctor’s order called in. Have never required this in the past 4-5 (sometimes the dr has given me a prescription paper with it but have never had to provide it to make an appt) times coming in and wouldn’t make the appt and allow me to then call the Dr avoiding another super long wait time for someone to answer the phone. It is unacceptable that it takes over a month to get into my primary care provider every single time I try to call. I am usually forced to see an unfamiliar NP and I get a circus for my care with a cycle of referrals that ultimately go unseen by my primary. My doctor is wonderful, but the institution and administration is horrendous and certainly does not deserve her. Unfortunately I'm going to have to switch my family's care to another facility. We tried to get my daughter help here and the staff was beyond rude. I cannot believe when someone is hurting and in pain that they can be told the initial fee and nothing beyond that! I’m appalled at the treatment from staff and the uncaring attitude!
We have been trying to get a response from one of several doctors for 4 days now, and have spent hours on hold each day, while leaving messages and contact info with several people. We can not get an answer from anyone, let alone a phone call. Dr. Damore and Dr Chaudhry are working hard to keep me in a treatment plan to beat my cancer. I have stage III squamous cell carcinoma of unknown origin in my neck. These two physicians are professional yet still very compassionate and patient. Their nursing and radiotherapy professionals treat you more like family than just a patient or even a number. These teams make battle against cancer less stressful and almost easier.
The valet parking lady literally followed me into the clinic and told me to clean my car before we valet parked again. I'm sorry my McDonalds receipts ruined your day.
