Very personal, not just a Clinic Number like Carle.
This is the second time I've been here with my mom. They always get her in and out in no time. Very good staff.
Needed to fast for a lab today, after speaking with a nurse yesterday, I came to my appointment early to get the lab done so that I could eat. I tried to check in at 10:10. My appt is at 1030. The unpleasant receptionist told me she had no lab for me to sit and she would call. At 1030 I get up because of my appointment. I check in and wait until 1100 to ask why I haven't been called. She says my appointment is at 1045 and I'm next. When I checked in she said I had an appointment at 1030. I've been fasting since 8pm last nigh... read more
