Pay my account regularly (On a payment plan they set up) and now they are sending me to collections because they want to up my monthly payment hundreds of dollars. Absolutely rude billing department. Sorry you guys reviewed my account and decided that the payment plan you set up wasn’t sufficient enough anymore.
