Dr. Brown was very helpful. He ran a more in depth test to help determine the degree of hearing loss as well as how much background noises affect my ability to hear. After discussing the testing results, he helped me to pick out the colors for my devices and try a pair to determine how much weight would be on my ears with my glasses. The staff was very welcoming and helpful even when I called back to check about other colors two days in a row. ���
