The valet parking lady literally followed me into the clinic and told me to clean my car before we valet parked again. I'm sorry my McDonalds receipts ruined your day.

I was severely burnt during light therapy due to the negligence of one of the staff. I missed days of work and paid for all my meds and burn cream only to be told risk management feels $60 reimbursement if fair 😡. Will never step foot there again and I will be spreading the word
RecommendedGreat Staff atmosphere is always pleasant. Patience come in feeling a little discouraged and leave super charged, not because of the treatment but because of the staff.
We understand that sometimes your doctors run behind but just as your time is valuable so is ours. Please consider adding a policy that if the physician is running more then 45 minutes late the patient is notified at check in and given the option to reschedule. Instead of sitting in a room alone wondering what’s going on for over an hour.
