Ridiculous that the phone rang and/or sat on hold today for almost 20 min at the primary number given on their website to make an appt for a mammogram to be told that I need a doctor’s order called in. Have never required this in the past 4-5 (sometimes the dr has given me a prescription paper with it but have never had to provide it to make an appt) times coming in and wouldn’t make the appt and allow me to then call the Dr avoiding another super long wait time for someone to answer the phone.
