NOT RIGHT CHRISTIE CLINIC!!!! SENT TO COLLECTIONS LOSE/LOSE for ALL PARTIES!!! Loyal patient 4-5 yrs, love Dr. Stewart but was sent to collections 2 wks ago for $1200 balance after auto payments ran out.. Called & s/w Evelyn, her “Petty” boss Jamie, and then her boss, John Hanson who told Kait he could have her account returned from collections, but wouldn’t bc it was ALL HER FAULT.... one mailing never received and 0 calls about her acct... and it’s all her fault?? Seriously told me I wasn't making payments when I missed only 1 and they sent it to collections. Maybe actually let me pay at my appointment like I try.
Months later and the new check in system is absolutely terrible. They loose all your information and you have to keep getting it put in the system. Then, you get emails from Carle about your care when your doctors are at Christie which is super confusing and makes it look like a phishing attempt. (No one warns you this is going to happen). Carle DOES NOT take my insurance so that also made me super paranoid that I am going to be footing a massive out of network bill. Nothing is explained well at all.
Very friendly and helpful staff at both the Hematology and Oncology Department and Radiation Oncology Department. Would recommend treatment there
don't like wait until 8:45 to see the Dr when my appointment was 8:10.
