We couldn't be more unhappy. I waited one hour for a paper that his nurse said she would have him sign first this morning. Not only did she not do it, but we have made many phone call about said papers, that the Dr. had for 2 1/2 weeks, and still they were not sign or mailed back. And why, because the nurse never told him we needed the paper ASAP. The doctor is Sindurm and his nurse is Erika. If you met them, tell them I said hello. not
