This place is a joke and patient liaison does nothing to help the patient. To tell me that my surgery is canceled 4 hours after I have been there and already have an iv in place is ridiculous. Then to tell me I have answers on Friday with no answers, and then told on Monday i will know and now to be told i won't have any answers until Wednesday is a joke. I have put my job, school, and family on hold for this surgery only to be told they don't know when I will have it. Nobody cares about the patient, all they care about is t... read more

Very friendly staff, all the way from security up to the doctor who saw me. Very minimal waiting at all.
