I have always, always had the best of care at Christie Clinic. I worked there for about 20 yrs and now am retired. I've been on both sides of the fence. Yes, they are super busy, there's alot of patients. Way more than anyone can even imagine. But despite a mild wait at times, each patient will be given undivided attention. The staff strives to provide the best care possible and I believe they do a might fine job. Kudos to ALL staff.
Love our doctor...think more staff to answer phones at the Savoy office ineeded....after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes hung up an redialed an was on hold for 12 min til got answer....lady was rude...didn't even say she was transferring to another recorded line an on hold again....absolutely ridiculous!! Trying to fix a prescription that was submitted to the pharmacy incorrectly.....don't live in town an would like to get my meds....not hours on phone with numerous recordings....an getting pay docked waiting...an waitin... read more
