Ask them what the spot price of gold is. And then they will give you the rate of 24ct, but they sell 22ct gold. Remember 22ct gold is 92% pure. They are over charging customers by 8% on the gold rate. If you minus 8% off the spot price you will get 22ct gold rate. They wont tell you. Absolute con artist. They will fobb you off with hundreds of reasons why your logic is wrong. Very condescending attitude, avoid like a plague.
I've been in there a fee times before and tbh there design costs seem to be through the roof. But they do have a good selection of gold however
