Nell was so helpful and was very knowledgeable. I was under no pressure to purchase and given plenty of time to try mattresses and look around the store. When I rang with questions they were very helpful. When I made my purchase they explained how to care for my new mattress, Nell also said on the delivery day I could ring early and she would be able to give me an idea of whether I had a morning or afternoon slot.
