They're a terrible company to deal with & their customer service is awful....
The power pole in our yard rotted at base and leaned onto our house and chelco came out right away! Unfortunately they had to cut power to the house and it was too late to replace pole that day. Husband replaced it the next day and by that evening the same guys came back out to hook up power again. They were very professional, nice and fast! Very impressed, but we had tried to call all day and they didn't get message till late in day! We were sweating it, literally lol!
Great company.. Always responds quickly. When its possible. Some folks need to realize they are not the only customer..
