Had a power outage tonight, horrible weather and these folks had the power back on incredibly fast. Thanks to all of you, you are very much appreciated.
Fine until you need them for something besides electricity. Did you know they can fry your house with overvoltage, and they won't do a single thing to help? I sure didn't. I do now. Bad show CHELCO. Bad community relations. Bad policies. Just plain bad.
Lost power before 2pm this afternoon and it still has not been restored. We called and their customer service was terrible, couldn't tell us what the issue was or when service would be restored. They do not seem to be in a hurry to fix the problem. Horrible company.
5 stars for sure. They always respond when needed. Thankful for their untiring service.
Today I had the pleasure to talk to a crew who was performing routine maintenance on our lines in our sub division . The crew was professional and friendly. It's nice to see that this day in age company's still have customer service skills. Those guys need to be recognized!
