Coming from other areas of the US and dealing with other utilitity companies, this company is so great and rates are very low.
Some of the worst electrical service out there. outages constantly, I had to use chelco for about 10 months and in that span there have been 8-12 outages some them on a nice calm day. I was recently blessed with my newborn baby and I can’t have the power going out twice in one day during sub 40 degrees Fahrenheit weather. Just unacceptable. You drive 5 minutes onto highway 90 by the melhorns market and they always have power. This is just unacceptable.

Whoa. What a great experience. Our power pole needed some structural repair and 2 guys (thanks Donald and Shane!) showed up right on time, whipped out their tools and worked so synergistically, professionally, and with such precision that I just stood there watching in amazement. That was some really great work fellas! I don't know how much you make, but you deserve a raise! Hats off to you and this company. We can't thank you enough!
