You guys better be glad there is no such thing as energy choice in this area because I would never choose you. Your line maintenance is abhorrent. I can literally drive down 85 and see branches touching your lines. Which is probably why I have a freaking power outage at least once a week if not more in fact I don't think there's been a seven day period in which I haven't had at least a blink on and off. RecommendedI know for 25 years. They have provided EXCELLENT electrical service and at a very reansonable cost. During outages they have responded fast and effectively in reestablishing service.

poor customer service. very confusing bill statement. very poor online services. we paid the amount due online. then they turned around and said we still owed money.
