Would definitely recommend the Bridal Cottage when wedding dress shopping! Louise made the whole process so easy and fun- helping me find a dress that perfectly suited me, and my venue. She made suggestions based on what I liked and really listened to what I was after. I also had my alterations here with Lucy and she made the dress fit perfectly. Nothing seemed too much to ask, and the alterations made a huge difference. Thanks so much to both!!
Louise was absolutely incredible and from our initial conversation found the perfect dress for me first time round! She is so knowledgable and helped advise on accessories to really curate the most stunning look. I also cannot praise Lucy highly enough, she is so kind and friendly and was so accommodating with my strange schedule. Both women are truly lovely and made each dress fitting so magical- I am almost disappointed that I’m married now so I can’t go back!

It's extremely daunting looking for your wedding dress but Louise made it an absolute dream experience. She listened to what I was looking for and the second dress I tried on ended up being the one I got married in. There was no pressure to do anything I didn't want to and Louise made me feel like a total rockstar!
Although I did not actually purchase my own dress from Chobham Bride, I did purchase two beautiful bridesmaid dresses from Louise who was incredibly helpful. She then went above and beyond when I was let down by my seamstress, and recommended that her in-house seamstress could fit me in to alter my wedding dress. The seamstress Lucy couldn't have been more wonderful.
