The Wigan store have been fantastic in the purchase of my eternity ring, I knew what I wanta,ed but could not it find it anywhere.Anita was very knowledgeable and helpful, we ordered the ring I have dreamt of wearing and it is simply perfect.I can not recommend this shop highly enough

I had a great experience with CH and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Having been skeptic all of using traditional Authorised Dealers for watch purchases, Chisholm Hunter in Wigan made the process easy and enjoyable. Lee was my sales manager and he was knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through the process. Thanks again to CH and to Lee! I will be buying my next watch from here for sure!

Came in to look at watches, lee sat me down brought a selection of watches found one i like at a great price, very proffesinal would highly recommend

Really poor customer service snotty male assistant and very arrogant attitude despite previously spending thousands of pounds in this very store ..AVOID at all costs if I could I'd give ZERo ..very rude experience made to feel very uncomfortable poor very poor all staff need Customer care training to view Customers with such disdain
