I'm writing this review months late but I feel like this needs to be put out there. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They ruined an engagement ring experience for both my fiance and I. First we over heard them talking badly about us on the phone. Even though we wrote an email to the shop and complain, there was no compensation. Then after receiving the ring we realized they gave us a damaged ring, in which the sapphire stone had a crack in it. I'm absolutely delighted with my beautiful engagement ring which we purchased at the Union Square shop on 28/12/22. Many thanks to Jolan & Kirsten for their assistance and friendly faces. We'll be back for our wedding bands!
