Ben was extremely professional and thorough about explaining my fireplace(as I knew absolutely nothing about it). I appreciated that he was cautious about making sure my home was left the same way as it was when he was here. There was no hesitation on giving an answer to any question I presented to him. I received a quote for some future work to be performed while he was here. I would recommend Ben and Chimney Works to anyone.
