Jeremy was very helpful explaining exactly what needed to be done to clean our chimney and how to keep our home safe. There were a few issues I was unaware of - like we had no liner going up the chimney which caused our wood stove to be less efficient and could pose a danger of chimney fire. We worked together to resolve these issues. I am grateful for the good work and advise received to have an efficient and safe wood stove.
