Jeremy was very knowledgeable and professional. The inspection for both our furnace chimney and woodstove went well and helped us prepare our house before winter.
Jeremy did an incredible job cleaning out our fireplace and explaining what parts that needed repair and making me more knowledgeable about what I am looking at and should watch for.
Ben was outstanding. He answered all of my questions. Chimney Works over the years has helped me gain knowledge for how to burn wood efficiently and safely. I am grateful to have such a wonderful and caring company in Cincinnati meeting all of my wood stove needs.

We have had our chimney cleaned many times by different companies but decided to go with this one this time and was very glad we did. Jeremy did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend them.
Brandon gave us a great quote for repairing our chimney. While the quote was a little higher, one gets what one pays for. Brandon when to great pains to match our 30 yr. old brick, used a legitimate mortar additive (I checked it out), and included a double coat on the brick in the pricing. Their mason guys were fantastic and went above & beyond.
