They are extremely thorough and they answered all the questions I had. They went over the entire inspection and even helped me look up the distributor of my model to look into finding a company that could clean my model specifically. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a chimney sweep.

We had them come out and install our wood burning stove. They couldn't finish do to missing the faceplate. Well when the face plate came in they came out to install it and left with my whole stove sitting sideways. You can slide your hand under one side but not the other. It's not level at all the fire bricks inside are proped up and can't even push them down. Everytime you call they take your name and number with no intention to return your call.
On time, professional and did a great job!
