Ben was very helpful not only cleaning the chimney but identifying a damaged flue. Not only did he clean the chimney, but waited while I called my homeowners insurance and will further communicate with them in the future. On time and easy to work with--they will be my go to chimney maintenance technicians in the future.

Jeremy came by to clean both our fireplaces today. He was efficient and informative, which was helpful as this is our first experience with a fireplace. Would highly recommend!
We had Chimney Works install a stainless steel liner and air tight damper 3 years ago and were very pleased with their work and how clean the process was. When it came time to have the firebox and chimney cleaned for this burning season they were our first call. Jeremy was on time and very clean and careful in his work. He thoroughly inspected the entire system and ensured everything was adequately cleaned and safe for fires. I would recommend Chimney Works and Jeremy in particular to anyone needing similar work completed.
