We had a new pellet stove installed 12/11/17. The auger motor went out 1/10/18. It took over a month of winter to get replaced. Chimneyworks didn’t file the claim with the manufacturer right away which left me communicating with Regency to get the part overnighted. The new part was installed in the middle of February. 3/19/18 auger motor goes out again. I’ve contacted Chimneyworks and Nate is never available. Ben was very professional.
Today was my first experience with Chimney Works. Jeremy came out and cleaned and inspected my chimney. He was thorough and professional. There are some problems that are present with my chimney, but I appreciate his honesty. I will have Chimney Works do my chimney repairs and will call them back if needed in the future.
Ben swept our chimney today and was absolutely awesome. Definitely will be recommending Chimney Works & Rocky Mountain Stoves to people I know!
