Ben came to our home for a routine chimney sweep. During the 14 point inspection, he discovered issues that we could never have known were there. Ben showed me everything as he discovered problems and then repeated it all for my husband when he came home. He probably prevented us from having a chimney fire this season. Ben is exceptionally knowledgeable, super friendly and courteous. I could not recommend a company more highly. We are confident the repairs will be completed professionally and perfectly. Jeremy arrived at the designated time are and informed us completely of what he intended to do. All went as planned and he even took the time to look into another problem we had. He was very courteous and personable and gave us a bid on the additional work and we couldn’t have been any happier. The house was protected with drop cloths and the whole process was very clean.
We just had our chimney inspected and cleaned by Chimney Works. Our person was Ben and he was professional and very knowledgable. He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

Vinny was professional, timely and very informative. Not only did he inspect and clean our wood burning fireplace, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us features about this older unit that we did not know about, which will make maintaining and keeping the unit running for hopefully many more years. Chimney works as a company from first contact, to customer service interaction and finally getting the job completed on time and for the amount quoted is Great!
