Left the exterior of the fireplace dirty
Mr. Chimney Cricket was on time and did a great job without making a mess. It was obvious that he knew his business and proceeding in a professional manner to deal with my dirty chimneys.
he was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for home safety. My only issue was I thought he did more than just inspect and the full report I was told I was getting I was not aware it would be hand written on the invoice. I thought I was getting a full typed report. he was very nice and on time, overall, I would recommend him to friends.
