John called us back right away and was willing to come to our house almost immediately, on a Sunday! I did not expect such great service. John was very thorough and really took his time to make sure the dryer vent was clean before he left.
John was great! Super knowledgeable and pleasant, will use him again.
He responded quickly, via phone, asked appropriate questions about my problem and responded the same day, from across the Bay. He was quite thorough in this efforts to clean my dryer vent.
Only problem I had was he touched the fireplace opening with his sooty hands. Would not have been so concerned but we had just installed an all natural stonework to it. He did do an excellent job tho & found an extension cord in the chimney which the previous chimney sweep did not find.
It was fine. He did a good job. His work was very good.
