It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Chimney Cricket. He was on time, set up his equipment to protect my living room and did a great job inspecting and cleaning my chimney. He explained what he was doing every at every step. I appreciated his attention to detail, his professionalism. I will definitely have him out again.

John is a straight forward honest man I like that.
He came back and finished the job. I guess he was waiting for a part to come in and it took longer than expected. He installed the part, demonstrated how to work the damper and it looks solid and it is a high quality job. He cleans up after himself and is polite and friendly. The cost was high, but I guess since I am not in the business, I feel that it cost a lot.
