I am an out of area Realtor who hired John to come clean/inspect a chimney and insert. He was excellent! Based on what he found, he recommended we save the money and not actually clean the chimney at this time. Honest, friendly, prompt, and professional.

Arrived on time. Said what he was going to do, how he was going do it, why he was going to do it, how much it would be and then he did it.
I liked Mr. Cricket very much and the work done seemed effective and efficient although it is hard to evaluate as we haven't yet connected the new gas stoves to the chimneys. I hesitate to say this, but he is very talkative and gave a great deal of advice about moving into an older house that needs a lot of work. I was busy with other things and felt a bit impatient but hated to interrupt him as he really seemed to mean well.
$450 was for two chimney's. John was fantastic! Pleasant, friendly, and very efficient!!! I will definitely recommend him..
