Mr. Chimney Cricket (John) was great. He was on time and very personable. He explained everything he was doing and what he found along the way. His expertise on home repairs/remedies are very helpful also. I gave him a 4 for work quality only because everything around my fireplace is white and the soot residue was still visible when he left. Other than that, he did great.

John came out the day after Christmas and cleaned my flue, did an inspection for my neighbor. He was exceedingly friendly and personable, a very charming guy, was almost like having a friend come in and do the job for me. He was very conscientious about protecting the floor and tenting the fireplace opening to prevent any soot escaping. His rates are well below the average for my area, and he was significantly less expensive than the other bid I got.
John was professional, courteous, respectful and friendly with my 90 year old Mother, and did a fine job. Also cleaned up well.
Really appreciate John and the work he did. Very nice. Knows his business. Clean, neat and on time. I would highly recommend him.
