Very Friendly, quick and fast.
Very thorough and gave an explanation and alternativesss.
Everything was great, except that I had to clean up some of he lint that got blown out of the vent. John did not get it all. However, that was not a big deal.
We gave a chimney replacement estimate of $35000. Plus, the report was not extensive. It was a one page hand written report. We had to hire another inspector to redo the inspection.
John was very friendly and kept me informed of his work plan and progress. He provided several recommendations for further improvements to my dryer ventilation and home safety. Great quality!
