Mr. Cricket, a real pro and excellent customer service. Very neat and clean before and after the job. He inspected & serviced our chimney, Mr. Cricket is very reasonable. So pleased with his outstanding work.
Mr. Chimney Cricket knows what he's doing. He left me confident my fireplace and chimney we're safe and assured me I'm using it the right way.
John was very prompt and pleasant. He exercised extreme caution when using his ladder to access the roof. This was appreciated since my husband is currently healing a broken back from a ladder fall trying to fix our spark arrestor. I will hire him again.

He did the work but it took me several weeks and many phone calls to get an invoice and a write up on what he found. He was very friendly and knowledgeable though.
