This man has been in business for 40 years. He is older and works alone. He is professional and explains what he will do and why it is being done! I feel my chimneys have been examined thoroughly and repaired very well. I am confident they are safe to be in use once again . 😊

He is skilled and knowledgeable in his profession, and punctual (very important). He also gave suggestions on repairs/replacement fireplace screens.
He's VERY personable and likeable! Along with his good work, we had a nice visit !
Mr. Chimney Cricket was very courteous and polite, called in advance, arrived on time, and did a good job cleaning our chimney. He also recommended some additional fixes for the chimney to make heating our home more safe and efficient.
