He did a very clean job, and advised me of a deficiency.

I was not at all happy. We were busy with other home projects to get our fathers house ready to be rented. He came and started his work, unfortunately we did not inspect his work before he left. He cleaned the chimney, inside of the fireplace insert and replaced the gasket. But left ashes underneath the stove and left the glass door streaked and smeared when he cleaned it with a paper towel.
