We were extremely impressed with our recent experience with Chiltern Pest Solutions. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to clearly explain his findings to us whilst presenting a long term solution. Our rodent issue was resolved in just over 2.5 weeks. Delighted with the service and we have already recommended Chiltern Pest Solutions to a friend.
I cannot recommend Chiltern Pest Solutions (Tom) highly enough. His diligence and care is second to none. We had one of the worst domestic garden rat problems he has ever encountered but with his guidance and knowledge it has now been resolved, along with a long term solution in place. He is proactive, knowledgable, clear and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why and answered any questions. He really cared that the issue was resolved properly and followed up thoroughly. Don’t bother dealing with anyone else!
Really nice local company who came round and quickly provided some solutions for keeping our pest issue under control. Tom was very knowledgeable and should absolutely be your first call!
This company is great, we got along very well and he was a very pleasant and friendly guy right from the get go! He knew what he was doing and all the flies that were pestering us for months are fully diminished! We will be calling them again if anything else comes up! Happy customer! Oh yeah and he also gave me free organic eggs, from his own chicken which is a bonus, thanks once again...
SUPERB SERVICE I initially spoke with Phil on the phone who was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Within the hour Tom arrived to deal with the issue of rats I have, again Tom was outstanding from his knowledge of the issue right through to his customer service. I don’t tend to do reviews very often but these guys well deserve a review for their excellent all round service
