Tasting the food it taste horrible. .they are wring for this shit
Service sux.. from host with attitude and bar tender as well.. service was slow. Don't understand why we wIted over 30 minutes for table if several empty tables .. bar tender wouldn't make frozen drinks cause didn't want to use blender. Attitude attitude all the way.. we had to keep asking for refills and I only had 3 to my party .. never again
We arrived at this restaurant at 7:20 PM. After 15 minutes we had to find someone to get a drink orders. When the drinks came out, mines was wrong. Again 15 minutes past before someone came by. I told him that my drink was wrong and he replaced it. About 15-20 minutes later my grandbaby's food came out but my husband and my food had not. Another maybe 20 minutes passed and I just gave up. This place is the worst! The people that they have working there have no manners me my wife and my sister waited for like an hour and they were attending other people who got there after us. It took 20 minutes just to get drinks. It was not busy! I talked to the manager and he apologized but still nothing was done. I suggest that they review what customer service is about! I rather drive another 30 minutes then go there again!
This Chili's is the worst one i have ever visit. Last night my girl and I went for dinner. We waited at our table for 20 minutes. Not once did we get asked if we were ready to order or at least take our drinks order. We finally just got up from our table and left. Fuck that place !! We end up going to Cheddars across the freeway. Way better service their and the food is way better and with good prices. This Chili's needs better service and new management.
Service was horrible.... We had a new girl and we tried to have patience with her but it was extremely bad.
