Ridiculous!! Staff on cell phones, talking, while customers are waiting. To go orders are not ready and Wrong!!!
My family and friends experienced the most horrific customer service. We went to celebrate a 50th birthday, however, all we received was a night full of poor service. We NEVER received our entrees after 2 HOURS of placing our orders. To make matters worse, the General Manager, Mike approached the table and proceeded to argue with all patrons at the table, and ultimately kicked us out of the restaurant.
