We had a blast it was my bday and everyone else luv it there our server was on it food was delicious plus he made sure we were taking care of Thank you for the customer service

Decided to have lunch at Chili's today around 1:45.I noticed a gnat was in my water. The server came as we addressed the issue. Later a manager came by the table asking was everything ok? I whispered to the manager about the issue. "He stated that they didn't have gnats in the kitchen". He was going back and fourth instead of hearing me out if you have fruits and veggies around it's a possibility. The server was awesome however, the manager needs a little more training.
Arrived about 6:30 on a Friday. Service was slow and the bathroom was dirty and of course the stall I decided to use had no toilet paper. My first time there didn't leave with a good impression.
Great free Veteran's Day dinner for me and my wife.
Worst service ive ever had in my 47 yrs. Service SUCKED!!! Im so aggravated it's ridiculous
