Horrible. Waiting way to long to be seated when there was about 6 tables not even occupied. Excuse was that they were low on staff. Finally got seated, ordered our food and it took an hour before we DID NOT even receive our margaritas. One of our parties received their wings, before the margaritas. She finished her wings, we finished a basket of chips & salsa.. and still no margaritas... Didn't even want our food. We politely left!
Went during a steady but not to rushed lunch hour...Restaurant and restroom were very dirty. Glasses were dirty. One of the servers had her daughter there while she was working and the little girl was all over the place. Picking up margarita glasses, twirling the broom around tables, she even asked my sister "what the hell you looking at" we talked to the server (her mom) and the little girl was only 3.. Well first of all I saw a rat up in the bitch running and playing so I ask the the manager to come here so I could tell him and low and behold the little snow white critter zoomed right on past us the entire restaurant ran out � �� I usually always grab grub from this chilli's but this night that fucking spooked me my kid and my homegirl TF out �
