It was okay. The server was nice food was okay and came out on a timely manner
Sat @ the bar gd spot and I gt everything I ordered on gd timing ..BT the fried pickles were nasty ughhh need to WK on those r change the pickles r something
I ordered the Beef Enchiladas and I got the chicken Enchiladas would have been nice if I had gotten what I had ordered
Worst Chili's we have gone to went on 1/21/17 for a family luncheon worst experience never go again
I will never go back to this location, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, and there was at least 4 clean tables, several were empty but not cleaned, my waiter blamed the bar tender for taking 20 minutes just for my drink, and when I finally got it, it was the wrong drink and it was warm, also the waiter ask me not to take a servey on him because he wanted to do it himself! He was not very attentive, until after we received our food, I had to ask for straws and re fills.
Service sucks! I ordered an appetizer and ten minutes in I realized I they still hadn't brought it, when I asked the waiter that if it was coming out she said, "Oh, I didn't know you wanted it right now." Really? Even if she was unsure she could've asked.
The employees passed by our table several times and did not acknowledge us. We had to stop one of them just to be noticed. It was not busy at all. Then our assigned waitress forgot some of the food we ordered. Screen your applicants before you hire them.
