I don't know where to begin to say how humble and grateful I was on Wednesday, February 9, when I arrived with my nine-year old daughter at Childrens Emergency Room around 2:30 pm. When I got there, there was a line of people waiting to be checked in, as well as a busy waiting room, which, not soon after I arrived, had gotten packed out. They were fast and caring. The doctor was awesome and very comfortable with kids.
I was there for 5/hours,like a sitting duck rude racist ass nurse,did not check on my son for 2 hours.Then I was told they didn't have a doctor assigned to him.The nurse was so unprofessional,and had a very nasty dispositions,I will never bring any of my kids to this unorganized hospital ever again.And the charge nurse was on lunch,or gone somewhere.Just pathetic
The doctor was a smart ass, and made me feel stupid for running out to the car to get my drink and leaving my child in the room with her father for 10 minutes. I thought we would be there for a while and I was thirsty. My 2 month old pre-me had bronchitis and the doctor acted like he could care less.
