Our experience with Children's Hospital has been great!! The staff is excellent. Dr.Eason is amazing. He comes in and talks to us frequently. He gives me updates himself. They put Bella in a room and while they take her for her procedure, we can stay in her room. We have a bathroom and TV. They also have free coffee and soft drinks for us. The nurses are just precious. Bella absolutely loves all of them. We've been through this three times and every time was the same.
Prompt, professional, and made us feel at ease for our twins' surgeries a couple days ago. Everyone is so friendly, very helpful, and gave us a great experience.
Great experience. Short wait. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. Also very thankful for the receptionist that helped me pull a wagon with my daughter (who was in a left leg cast) so I could push my twins in their stroller back to my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone.
