My grand child has been taken by air once and by ambulance once in the last 3 weeks. We live approximately 4 hours away. The staff is pleasant, the hospital itself is nice. But how on earth can our hospital send you SEVEN echos of my grandchilds heart our Dr's have spoke to your Dr's, and yet you have no clue what the hell is going on. Everyone here is amazing!!! My son had surgery yesterday and the staff was just simply amazing. Very understanding and informative, left feeling very confident we could handle the recovery.
