We are coming into day three of being here at Children's Mercy Hospital. The staff and doctors have been absolutely AMAZING!!! Everyone here has been extremely friendly and have stayed on top of our daughter's health issues. They are always checking to make sure that our daughter is comfortable and if we as her parents need anything. She will definitely be coming back here for her tonsilectomy. Thank goodness for this hospital and wonderful staff!
One star is too much for the care our daughter received. I have NEVER been so disappointed in Children's Mercy staff.
Some of the women at check in in ER downtown need to work on being friendly. At least your being paid. It's not fun for any of us involved.
