My daughter had her tonsils out yesterday. They got us right in to pre-op and she even got into surgery 20 earlier then scheduled. After sugery the nurses were amazing with my daughter and got her pain meds right away. I really like this hospital.
Our 18 month old son was recently hospitalized at children's mercy. It was 230am by the Time we got to the unit and the nurse who admitted my son to 4 Sutherland tower was amazing... he went above and beyond, we had other amazing nurses and the most involved house supervisor I have ever come across. How can I write a formal letter/email so these people get the recognition they deserve in their job?
Can't begins to explain how much I love this hospital. I was born with five holes in my heart and they took such wonderful care of me for the 18 years I went there. They took lovely care of parents through the surgeries as well. Love this place so much.
My daughter had heart surgery at Children's Mercy in late April, 2017. We couldn't have had this done at a better hospital. The staff was nothing short of amazing. We absolutely loved them. Jamie was by far her favorite. �. They took extremely good care of her and made sure she was happy and comfortable the entire time. My son was admitted here for severe abdominal pain and ended up having appendicitis and needing an appendectomy. The nurse, doctors and staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. Plus they made my son (who is autistic and nonverbal) and my family as comfortable as possible. It takes a special kind of person to do what they do with the love and compassion they do it with. I loved them.
