We are still here now my 12 yr old son and I. He broke his arm so badly the bone came thru the skin he had to have surgery. Everyone has been extremely helpful from the drs nurses to people walking down the hallway. My husband and I needed directions several times and everyone is happy to walk the long haul with you to show you the correct way! One lady working at the late night diner got a lil snippy with me when I asked for my cup for my pop that I'd already paid for. She told me to have a lil patience in a not so nice ton... read more
The nurses and staff are top notch! I appreciate all that they did for my baby. The doctors on the other hand are arrogant, obnoxious know it alls , but they didn't know how to save my baby who was doing exceptionally well before being transferred there!

I have been coming to this hospital and clinics for over 25 years and every Doctor, nurse and staff that I have come across was excellent. But this past Wednesday was a horrible day in your clinics on Broadway in the teen clinic. I heard cursing and language that no child should hear. I politely ask the young person to stop and I was I verbally abused and threatened. Security had to walk me to my car. I did find out that this young person did the same thing a month before.
I love the Rheumatology and dermatology departments they are great and so helpful.
Love this hospital!!! Not only do the have an amazing NICU we spent 147 days there they have amazing doctors nurses and surgeons! They treat us like family and took care of our preemie son like their own! Truly an amazing hospital and team!!! Highly recommend for kids!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
