I love this place. I have 8 children and we manage to visit here several times a year. We are never disappointed in anyone here. From the custodial, valet, security, all the way up to the doctors, everyone we encounter is always kind and friendly and always smiling!

The ladies in the PICU were phenomenal! JULES, MARY-MARGARET, TASHA, LIZ, AND NATALIE! DR. BRUCE IS AMAZING!!! They cared about my daughter! They loved her like I did! They were so helpful and caring. They were AWESOME! When my daughter came up from ICU it was a different story. We were on 4 Sutherland.. The day nurse was great but the night nurse was rude and nasty.. She was so LAZZZZZY! The PCA ASHLEY did a great job. My only issue is the night nurse on 4 Sutherland. She needs to be let go! The wait times were insane! I don't take my kid there for the sniffles for Pete's sake. Almost 4 hours, back in the ER, after waiting in the waiting room for an hour with a possible neck injury...come on. Honestly, call an ambulance if you think you want to be seen in a reasonable time period, at least then they take you right in to a room and think you're important enough to be seen. Talk about being made to feel unimportant.
